  • ChESS x MAMA x GEMS x GEOS Ball, 7 to 11pm at Cloudland, with Shaun 7 to 11, Caleb 7 to 9:30 and Laura 9:30 to 11

  You hand the crawl to Laura at 6:45 and start the ball at 7, with Eric across the full day. Laura then finishes the crawl at 9 and picks up the ball at 9:30, so she has half an hour to get from Ric's to Cloudland. Both are on Brunswick and Ann, a few minutes apart. Cory is out that day.

  • QUT Business Ball, 7 to 11pm at The Beaumont, with Laura until 11, Caleb until 10 and Thomas 7:30 to 11 covering for Eric
  • Anneliese's 21st, 7 to 9pm at the Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron, with Shaun

  Both start at 7. You are at Manly 7 to 9 and the ball runs 7 to 11 with Laura, Caleb and Thomas. Manly to the Valley is about 25 minutes if you want to look in afterwards. Cory is unavailable that day.

  • EUS Ball: Night at the Museum, Royal ICC, with Shaun 5:45 to 11, Caleb 6 to 10, Thomas 6:30 to 10 and Eric 6:30 to 10:30
  • UniSC LSA Law Ball, 6 to 9:30pm at Twin Waters Golf Club, with Laura, booked at $500

  Fully staffed. Thomas took Cory's slot, so four of you are at the Royal ICC and Laura is at Twin Waters. Cory is out that day and everyone else is committed.

• Fri 2 Oct, Lilly's ball
  • QUT Education Society Ball, 7 to 11pm at Hillstone St Lucia, with Shaun, deposit paid
  • Griffith University Accommodation ball at Cloudland, with Laura, $495, deposit pending

  You are on the Education Society ball yourself, so Lilly gets a team member. Laura, Caleb, Eric, Cory and Stacie are all free that night, so whoever you put on it there is cover. Nobody is named yet.

  • UQ Business Ball: F1ORA, 7 to 11pm at The Star, with Shaun 7 to 11, Caleb 7 to 10:30 and Eric 7:30 to 10:30. Cory has moved to the HMNS video, so the 7:30 to 11 slot is open
  • HMNS Ball: Jazz & Gin, 7 to 11pm at The Warehouse, with Laura, plus Cory on video 7:30 to 10:30
  • QUT Law Society Law Dinner, 7 to 11pm at The Pullman, with Thomas, booked at $490

  Cory has moved off The Star to film the HMNS video, so F1ORA is a body short on the 7:30 to 11 slot. Only Stacie, Owen and Imalka are free, since Thomas is at The Pullman and Laura is at The Warehouse.

  • MedRad Ball: Night in Monte Carlo, 7 to 11pm at the Grand Chancellor, with Eric, booked

  Four events, all covered. You and Cory at The Warehouse, Stacie at Rivershed, Eric at the Grand Chancellor, Thomas at the Sofitel. Caleb, Laura and Imalka are out, so Jason, Stone and Bai are all you have spare.
